Am just another girl in the world waiting for you to
see me as I stand alone in the corner. That was so long
ago and now you see me, I know I am not much in the
world to look at but you smile softly at me anyway.

Then the day came and you got too tired to stay around,
I tried hard to have you notice me by making funny
faces at you as you looked longing out the window like
you were waiting for someone to take you away me.

Tears fall now, I know what pain is to lose someone
even when they are near me. Rip away my skin and watch
me bleed the many levels of life in just wanting you to
love me again, can you see the tears of love I would
offer you if again you could just look in my eyes.
