So, incase you are wondering what the heck this title is about

I shall explain.

Yesterday in PE, i was sitting on the bleachers, minding my own bussiness and talking to a couple of friends.

Next think I know, a yellow object comes hurtling at me. It hit pretty fast, and my hands had been up at the time, which in a way, was lucky. Because I could have had my face smashed in. Instead, it me really hard in the thumb, and on the inside of my thigh, leaving a nasty marks and brusies.

I dont know who threw the basketball, but I do know it came from the other side of the gym.

But at the time, I didnt care. All I knew was that my thumb hurt really bad to the point in which I wanted to cry. I didnt, because a group of guys were starring at me. Instead, my friends took me to the nurse..or rather I swaggered to the nurse with a throbbing thumb.

As nice as the nurse was, she only gave me an icepack and sent me back to class.

So, observing my thumb, it was pretty swollen, two time bigger than my other one. It throbbed, from the main joint up and I couldn't bend it from the second one. Nor could I do anything with it either. No writting, tieing shoes, opening things (stupid cheese stick wrapper)or anything like that. It wasnt that great. (i would like someone paint a sculpture left handed thankyou)

I went home, and I had to go to karate even though I couldnt even make a fist. My instructors so my thumb and the only thing they could say was, "Yeah, you need to get that checked out. It doesnt look so good."

That wasn't what I wanted to hear, considering I have a tournment this Sunday. A pretty big one too.

So, today I went to school. ((no, i didnt go to the docotors yesterday because my sister got her pinke stuck in the door jamb and well..it was a mess and she needed stiches. Shes 4, BTW)) And my lovely thumb is still swollen, and turning lovely shades of purple, blue green and black on the underside. My friends, concerened, dragged me to the nurse and I had it bandaged.

So I spent most of my day trying to write left handed and listening to lectures while a friend to notes. It looks a littel better, but not that great.

Frankly, if doesnt heal up by Sunday, I'm screwed.
