i started group therapy. yesterday was my second session. went well.
the carpet makes me feel really dizzy though. my mom said after a few more sessions i'll be used to it. i'm hoping i will be. the couches are really big and comfy. i could nap in them biggrin they're so big and comfy and puffy... did i mention comfy? hehe anyways, thats going well... even though my nerves and shyness are getting the better of me. i have to suck it up but everytime i want to say something i feel the tears build up in my eyes.
yesterday we had to say what out short term goal was and when it was my turn i was almost in tears from thinking so much about everything. but when after the session was over the leader of the group said thank you to me for sharing. i think she could see how nervous and scared i am. i'm not too good at hiding it.
on thing is that my one on one therapy was canceled on tuesday but hey my week has been good so i guess it was ok that i missed it. got lots to talk about this tuesday though biggrin
i think i am going to make it past all this and be ready to start school again next semester.

oh i was just on facebook... i looked through profiles of some of the people i hung out with in high school... wow so many are pregnant or had kids. kinda freaked me out at the number.
i hope everything turns out all right for them.

well i wanna say i miss trey, blindy, micah and uncle chaser... they never really come on here anymore which is sad cause they are my closest friends on here. but at least i can still sorta talk to 3/4 of them on msn.
