I'm never going to a Chinese buffet again. It's been a while since the last time I went to one, so last night I decided to go with my sister. We generally go for the sushi and dumplings. Since we've grown up eating Chinese dishes the rest of the buffet food can't compare to home made. But the food was horrible, all of it. We didn't enjoy it very much.. After we got home we realized that it wasn't the food that had changed, it was us. We've gotten into the habit of making a lot of sushi and onigiri over the past year so we've come to expect certain things [like actual flavour]. I don't know what sort of nori they use, but it is absolutely tasteless, the makisushi were sloppily made, the fresh ingredients for the nigiri were not so fresh.. and I'm not sure exactly what it was that they were trying to pass off as wasabi. I know that most wasabi is imitation, but what they had this time was imitation wasabi mixed with some type of filler. It wasn't even hot, I had to use a good amount to even taste the flavour of it. I decided that the soy sauce was more flavourful than the 'wasabi' so I just set it to the side. -_-

Oh well, that's what I get for expecting good food at dirt cheap prices xD

Hmm, what else has been happening.. Ah yeah. I really want to go back to playing iRO. I've been playing some other [ ninja ] RO for a while now but I'm just not getting any satisfaction out of it. I miss my characters on iRO and I wish I could have been using them all of this time instead. Maybe when I start getting more of an income I'll go back to iRO. I know people say it's pointless to play there because of bots, elitists, etc. but really, I play for myself, not to meet the standards of the elitists. I always like a challenge when I play MMOs so I will probably set some sort of goal for myself if I go back. Last time the expectations I set for myself were pretty high and I got discouraged and kind of bored after a while. One of the reasons why I used to get bored was also because I would always be in a guild with only three people in it. If I wasn't the leader of the guild, then my sister or my friend were [and they don't like to bring people into our guilds gonk They're extremely anti-social.] I like to be able to open up the Guild window and look to see who is the highest level in the guild and try and get better than that one person. If not that, then at least have a member I can rival with. I can't compete against my sister and friend because we share everything we gain in RO, so there is no point in competing [also we wouldn't want to make each other feel bad if one got ahead of the other too much xD Gah we're awful]. What I really enjoy is being a member in a guild that is not run by myself!
