ive had enough of my job. its just too stressful for me.

i work in a call center in the philippines. a technical support representative for dell. i have been working there for the past 4 months now and ever since i got to the floor, ive been only been getting more stressed out as the weeks go by.

i have a short temper. very short especially when i am screamed/blamed/cussed at for something i didnt do. everyday, every ▒░!#(*$α▌ day, i get blamed for the stupidity of these people that use these computers who dont even bother to read their user manuals or their warranty contract.

there has been an issue about dell's technical support outsource at india. the issue being that customers are having a difficult time understanding them. not to brag but i am quite fluent with my english for a person born and raised in a third world country. i am technical and fluent in english and they pay me only 12,000 philippine pesos a month...i dont know the exchange but it is definitely lower than $20 an hour that us tech support people get paid for, and it's definitely not enough for me for causing me such stress.

i'll just finish this contract i have. after 2 more months i'm outta there.
