Se'rox, Nealiminity, and the Tea

Se'rox held still as Zuchax III walked up to her. He was... attempting to make jokes and small talk, as if they had only just been away for a few days, and ignoring the terms under which they had parted. She was not sure what to make of this. He rambled on for a while, about different things... he mentioned my hair and had also called Nealiminity her sidekick. Though, she was fairly certain he would have called her a bodyguard, had he not known of Se'rox's own strength and how unnecessary a bodyguard would have been.

Still, she waited for him to finish, which he did shortly after offering them tea. But by then, he must have realized he was rambling, since he did say that he was ready for whatever they had in mind for him. He knew he was in trouble. Se'rox thought that that, at least, was progress. She was about to say something- she didn't even know what after all that, but Nealiminity beat her to it.

"So, Zuchax III, the Silent Beast. I must say, you are different than I expected. Are you feeling well? A little congested perhaps? People don't usually beat on their chests like that. Well, no, that's not true. People do. Nobodies don't, however, since they have no real heart to give them chest problems. So I shall assume you are ill." she paused at this point to move forward and pick up a cup of tea. She continued to ignore Se'rox- which Se'rox almost expected.

"My name, in case you were wondering, is Nealiminity. And I am Se'rox's friend. She didn't ask me to come, I insisted. I needed to see who you were, and I need to hear from you, personally, what you think of Se'rox. But- more than that. What would you do without her?"

Se'rox realized that she was scowling, and stopped. She hadn't asked Nealiminity to interfere, or to tell her her opinion. But Nealiminity had said that she wanted to know a lot more about Zuchax III before she left Se'rox's side. She decided not to say anything. She would just ruin Nealiminity's moment, and would never be free of her. She stepped forward, took a teacup, and sat down and started sipping the tea.
