Day in & day out..I wish that you were my boo,
Day in & day out..I need you by my side,
& still day in & day out, all I do is cry.

Day in & day out..I see all type of sexy dudes,
Buht not a single damn one of them can compare with you,
Day in & day out, I wait for the day when you'll realize, the one who truly loves you is right here, not at all in disguise.
Day in & day out..i talk to you, but lately you've been distancing yourself, I wonder if it's because she told you to?
Day in & day out..I know she's my best friend, buht for you that friendship I'm willing to mend.

& yet day in & day out..I fall a little more in love with you & it's hard to quit

Day in & day out, I think about how I've never met another one like you,
I think about how my heart breaks a little more each day, & how its broken into two.
Day in & day out..I try & I try...buht there's still this tremendous amount of rain from this storm falling onto my head, coming from within the broken sky.

Day in & day out, the pain i feel is sharp like a cut from a scythe, sharp like a cut from a knife, this pain has got me weeping, & deeper & deeper into depression im seeping & I can't quite explain exactly what in you I am seeking.

Maybe it's the way you make me feel, but if it is then I don't understand because even though you make me so happy, you make me so sad because my heart you continue to steal. Day in & day out..the only thing I do is cry, I cry because I feel as if without you in my life,holding my hand,along for the ride..I'm falling apart & the truth is I'm dying inside.
