And the sky to stop crying?
Have you ever asked to be treated equal,
To be not alone,
To have someone to talk to,
And to be allowed to be the same?
Have you ever asked someone to care about you,
To shed a tear as you do,
To be with you through the storm,
And to feel for you in a positive way?
Have you ever asked your heart to stop beating,
To stop your internal bleeding,
To cease you hearing the pounding,
And to be given permission to be deceased?
