Of Bringing Them Back, Against Morality, & Cozy
Rose Brings Them Back

Feeling a little overwhelmed by all the goings on around her- and the fury of Wolf that raged through her (until a few people helped suppress it, that was), Rose could barely keep track with all that was going on. She certainly could not relay to the other people around her what was going on inside Wynn. She barely understood it herself.

Chazu was doing something odd in front of her, then Kaku (which confused Rose more) showed up and dragged him away. Lord Avondale and Larkin suddenly surrounded Wynn and fed a shield into her- to what purpose, Rose was not sure. But she wondered if it had had to do with the odd glowing that had briefly eminated from Wynn, Red and Purple, respectively.

Very shortly thereafter, Kaku returned, and said that things with him would be more... stationary for a while. While that was a little relief, moreso to Rose was the feeling of Shalimar being reattached to the line.

"Shal's back on." Rose mumbled. And it was only moments later before Nogard and Xangord reappeared outside Wynn. After Xangord said so, Rose closed her eyes and concentrated on bringing back Wolf and Shal.

It was something she'd never tried before, but so was the magic line. She simply pulled the magic back, and wound it back up again. She felt them moving. Not traveling as they had done in the mind of Wynn, but actually coming out. As if they were becoming more tangible.

Not having thought it through well enough, in just a matter of about fifteen seconds, Wolf and then Shal, respectively, appeared out of Wynn and tumbled right on top of Rose. The magic line disappeared in a trail of light blue fairy-dust sparkles.

Rose didn't bother moving. She was exhausted.

Taran; Against Better Morality

Taran had both Lizbeth and Creighton safely aboard the ship, and n** in his arms, when Flan apparently saw the threat of the n00bs coming back at them. Which was odd, since as far as he knew, she had last been looking through his eyes. Either way, there was nothing he could do about the fact that she jumped ship and started attacking them. She closed the hatch and started the ship, apparently by telekinesis. Taran growled.

"Sir, Lady." Taran said to his passengers. "It seems we have..." Taran sighed.

It seems we have to deter from our course. Sorry to have failed in saving you. he thought. But Flan was right. He could not turn back. Not now. The people would overwhelm the ship, and even three dragons might not be able to keep the flood of them back long enough for them to escape. Not in the condition Lizbeth and Creighton were in, certainly.

"It seems we have no choice but to leave, and now." he said solemnly. The weight those words carried was obvious in his tone. He never liked leaving allies behind. And he was not sure of Flan's ability to survive. But there was nothing for it. Especially since the ship was already off the ground, and flying... who knows where to.

"I must get my companion somewhere she can... rest." Taran said. He wasn't sure how that would work, exactly, since she was playing human pincushion at the moment. "You can stay here, or follow me. I'm heading to the cockpit. I can answer any questions you might have on the way."

And with that, he turned, headed up the stairs, and into the infirmary. He kicked a few things out of his way before finally finding a way to prop the unconscious vampire pincushion on her side on the medical gurney. He used a couple of trays to alleviate pressure from some of the spears, and some blankets to kind of keep everything in place. This took about a minute and a half. Once done, he continued toward the bridge. If they were leaving Flan behind, they had better make the most of their time, precious as it was now.

Se'rox and Cozy Accomodations

Se'rox simply smiled as Zuchax III lifted her out of the mud, and carried her to his place. She pulled the mud off them and back into the ground almost instantly, but otherwise just relished the comfort of being in his arms.

Once they were there, Zuchax III set her down, and checked the mail. He seemed sheepish- as if not having realized he had been carrying her the whole time. This increased the heat in her face momentarily. But he had explained there probably was not room in his house for her apparently too soon. When he opened his mail, it seemed his roommates had moved out. Se'rox tried not to smile. Which, upon reflection, was the first time she'd ever had to do so.

He led her into the house, which felt nice. The carpet was plush, and while it muted her vision a little, it made everything feel soft. As Zuchax III said he would like her to be his guest, Se'rox smiled. She felt... at home.

"Thank you." she muttered. She took big steps and stood- although about a foot shorter than Zuchax III- within an inch of him. If he breathed deep, he would bump into her. She tilted her head up so he could look into her eyes- an odd thing, but it felt right. "So." she said. "I have one question for you." she paused a moment. "How long can I stay?"

Kaku: I don't think they care if it's your house anymore. LOL

Flan: Yes... but that's still kind of suicidal.
