Kento grunted as he tossed one Dynasty soldier into another, destroying them both. "Impressive kid," he said to Sage, flicking a thumb at Jaice as he incinerated another soldier with a blast of flames. "I'll say. The kid's as fluent in flames as Ryo," he said with a slight smile. "The girl's kinda unusual, though," he continued. A shuriken hit the ground by his foot and stuck. Jaice's glare silenced both of them. "Don't insult Kenrai," he growled, his eyes turning a deep reddish gold as energy began to boil around him. Cye noticed the blond woman on the rooftop jump down to restrain Jaice. Ino caught him by the shoulder, gasping at the slap of energy on her skin.
"Cool it, Jaice," she said sternly. Jaice's eyes flicked to her for a second. "You aren't worth it," he said cooly as his aura faded slowly. Ryo stood a few feet from Jaice, his eyes on the young man. The odd headbands they all wore had a leaf inscribed on them. "You're in Konohagakure, the Village hidden in the Leaves," the blond woman said, fixing her black vest with a pointed look at the guy she'd grabbed. Arrows began to fall towards them, from boats that seemed to glide on the very air. Ino's eyes widened as she saw them falling at them. Jaice looked up, his eyes narrowing. "Let's see them handle this..." he snarled, using a series of handsigns. "Wind Style: Great Breakthrough!!" he shouted, lifting one hand to his mouth as the guy with the wolf copied him. Twin gusts of wind scattered the arrows in every direction as needles shot through the wind, shattering them. The wind attacks hit the boat, causing it to list to one side. "Let's hit them with few of these," Kenrai followed it with a few kunais with explosive tags already burning as they hit the boat. Jaice threw up a pair while Fuuma smirked.
Impressive, Ino Yamanaka thought. They're working as a team without hardly any help or training from me, she thought. They'll be a very strong team come the Chuunin Exams in eight months.
The tags exploded, sending wood chunks, armor shrapnel, and weapons raining down to their landing just outside the village.
