Surprisingly, not even the chill of the unexpected front could stop me from spreading the christmas cheer. Best part if that i was invited to go to a church play becouse of my christmas cheering actions; and good thing too! There was an unexpected flaw as soon as i showed up. The person running spotlight was late, and broken down! the play was already running late, and all the actors and producers was antsy!

To a church i'v never been to before, in theory--strangely, it feels like i HAVE been there before... somehow... but I approached who i "remembered" to be the head of the play, if not to his freaking out to prove that he was other then my memory, I told him of my tech theater history. Of course I admitted that i never ran lights, and it was over six years ago; however it still seemed to cheer him right up. The man, Rob, said that he'd teach me how to handle spotlight in two minutes. The words are as quoted: "Alright! We got our Plan B!" And off we were to the balcony.

Turns out that it wasn't as hard as i thought that it was after all. In fact it was so easy, i almost feel gypt being the prop mover back in high school--especially in the winter months! Man that light is warm!

So I went and did the first scene myself, and when the spotguy finally arrived, he let me stay up in the balcony to watch since i was standing in for them. Sadly though, he was the only one thanked for his work. But in all honesty? I dont care. I was glad to see the people below cheering like crazy at the end of the play, and i felt good having some part to deliveringe ven more christmas spirit to the people in my dank town.

But now that it is the 23rd, I have no idea what im going to do now other then continuing to go out wearing a christmas hat.. but right now, it feels like i burnt it out... but if thats all i got left then i may as well abuse it. Chistmas is only a few days away after all...

Plus, i have to admit... i was dreaming of snow and the biter cold... i should look that up sometime. It would probibly give answers as to why i haven't been getting any rest from my sleep lately...
