Well, it's 1:23am and I am up due to my frickin acid reflux making my throat feel like it's on fire. Everytime I lie down, it goes right up my throat. So, I can't sleep. I also have a lot on my mind so it is anything but calm. It is absolutely racing about stuff I really shouldn't be thinking about. I was going to put some of it here but it's all just B.S. anyway...I think. Of course, if it were, it wouldn't be bothering me so much would it? I don't know. Maybe I am just losing it.
I'm pretty much just rambling anyway. Can't think of anything else to do. I need to see a psychiatrist or something...well actually no. The last time I did ended up being a freaking disaster making things worse so that is probably not a good idea.
I'm going to drink another couple glasses of milk to coat my throat and try to get some sleep. G'night. maybe.
