Had one hell of a wake up call today. confused
First of all today was supposed to be 'post Easter picnic with the family day' we were going to get together with my grandmother and my other sister and her family for an egg exchange and munchies. But the weather took care of that!
First of I woke up to some rain and rolling distant thunder, 'Well that takes care of any fun', I thought. But wait there's more!
Then it began to really piss down and hail was hitting the roof. The wind was blowing a gale and I got up to check out the weather and found most of the double garage roof scattered all over the backyard! eek
Luckily that was it, extreme weather wise. We have to have the insurance people up to check the damage and we're going to see my sister and family tomorrow for a brief howya.
Hopefully I'll sleep in tomorrow, lol.
P.S. On a side note I've been getting a little bit of writing down these last two days. I've been milking the internal excitement over the new Wolverine movie to get some X-Men fic writing done. xp
