RPC Character Design 'Kreuz'
Kreuz Sterbend

Age: 19
Gender: Male [Of course.]
Nationality: German
-He speaks German fluently and is also well versed in English and Latin.
-At times of stress he has been known to mix the languages all together.
-He doesnt speak much, but when he does its in a monotone voice.
Kreuz is my H.P. Lovecraftian style character, he's made for any dark fantasy style stories.
His original idea came from an original story I'm doing. [-gasp-]
The scarf around his neck is sentient and talks far more than Kreuz does.
Its name is Hal. Short for Halberd, which is the weapon it can shapeshift into.
Kreuz's basic body type is based on an autopsy corpse, with the sickly coloration and dark lines under his eyes.
He also has the 'X' shaped stitching over his chest where he lost his 'heart'.
[Complicated story, I'm not going into it now.]
Aside from the obvious lack in enthusiam and response, Kreuz is your typical Anti-Hero character.
In literature and film, an anti-hero is a character that possesses some of the personality traits and weakness traditionally assigned to villains, outlaws and those that either are shunned by society or do not abide by the status quo, but nonetheless have enough heroic qualities and intentions to align them with the heroes in the readers' minds. Anti-heroes can be awkward, obnoxious, passive, pitiful, obtuse, or just normal; but they are always, in some fundamental way, flawed, unqualified, or failed heroes.
Anti-hero Types:

Anti-hero - The drifter
Anti-hero - The failure
Anti-hero - Flawed everyman
Anti-hero - The villain
Kreuz fits the quality of 'The Failure'. So theres some dark tragic past [Yadda yadda] and he has now resigned himself to caring about no one but himself.

I'm happy with Kreuz's character, aside from the limited range of expression.
His hairstyle also scares away dalmation puppies.
Feh, dont judge me.
This was done in pencil, inked with a 0.4 Pigma Sensei art pen, scanned and finished in Photoshop 6.0.
I did this picture like, a month ago and final got to putting it up now.
