No, no, no.
I'm not rtalking about the Gaia Santa. I'm talking about the REAL Santa biggrin
I'm sure many of you have probably lost their faith in the old, fat little man that supposedly breaks into your house once a year. But I insist that he is real!
Oh sure, alot of people just can't see it physically possible, or you've seen you parents put Christmas presents under the tree, or even went shopping with them! I myself know and have seen all of these things too!
But how can I have faith? Simply because all your parents/guardians are employed by the big man (santa) himself.
As a young man Santa was very ambitious and when the Easter bunny started bad mouthing him and contradicting him at all his press confrences
Santa, in the heat of the arguement, claimed that he could devliever at least one gift to everyperson to every household IN THE WORLD IN ONE NIGHT! Of course this was an impossible task, but it had been eaten up by the media and was posted in every news paper and EVERY talkshow and Santa couldn't just go back on his word... He was Santa for crips sake! The problems with his declaration to the world was obvious, religion was a big factor. Santa knew very well that Christmas was a celibration of Jesus' birth, no matter how commercialized and twisted it had become it still came from that root and some countries and some religlions just wouldn't take it and Santa didn't want to be rude so they where out of the question. Another thing was how the FECK was he going to make enough toys for everyone, he was on a budget and how was he supposed to deliver them all in time! No amount of 'magic' could do it.
So Santa requested the parents of the world to buy gifts for their children. It would keep the spirit alive in the celebration plus it would put money into the econmy of the country! It was perfect.
Of course Santa was doing his part too, but on a much lower scale. He only had enough to make a limited amount of toys and could only deliver in a limited area with the given time so Santa only delivers to the immediate populated areas around the north pole. Northern Canada (Nunavut, Northwest Territory and Yukon Territory) and northern Russia are the only places that Santa can deliver to in just one night.
But no matter who is giving the gift, the only thing that really matters about Christmas is the receving biggrin
