Great Seal Release

Part 1 aka Opening: "Great Seal Release, Opening!" The first of three power releases used by Shin the Relentless. Increases all abilities time 10.
Incantation: "Dark King of the black abyss, loosen your grip upon the chains that have ensnared me and allow your faithful servant to slay your enemies and scatter their bodies to the four winds"

Part 2 aka Finale: "Great Seal Release, Finale!" The second of three power releases used by Shin the Relentless. Increases all abilities times 100.
Incantation: "Dark King of the Black Abyss, the chains holding me in place have shattered. I shall slay all in my path and stain the earth red with their blood"

Part 3 aka Encore: "Great Seal Release, Encore!" The third of three power releases used by Shin the Relentless. Increases all abilities times 1000.
Incantation: "Fallen King of the Black Abyss, I have taken your throne and your crown. Your power is mine, and with it I shall plunge the entire world in everlasting darkness. All shall bow before me, or be obliterated from existance"
