This depicts a scene from the near end of the game. You and your partner prepare to leave on Lapras to head to the Hidden Land with Grovyle to stop Primal Dialga and put the Time Gears back in place.
This particular version is sort of from PMD: Explorers of the Sky, since the partner's a skitty. Couldn't find anything that looked remotely like a Cyndaquil (my actual partner in PMD: Explorers of Time)
