Well, most of you (Whoever reads this!!) probably didn't know I was supposed to be leaving for Air Force Basic Training on June 23rd. And most of you probably didn't know that I got plantars warts. Well, one of my warts is gone, but the other is still present. But it doesn't hurt unless I press on it. (These things become very painful, especially when you use apple cider vinegar. But the vinegar really helps draw the wart up to the surface of the skin.) The day I called my recruiter to announce that I had plantars warts, he cancelled my ship-off date, which was a week from that day that I had called him. 7 days before I had to leave. He said that if I had gone to basic training with my warts, and the medical ppl found out about them, they would discharge me for six whole months! Do you know how horrible that would have been!? Only a couple days ago I received a message that my new ship-off date is September 1st. I'm going to get my other wart lasered off so I don't have to worry about it before I leave for basic training. Somehow, I was blessed, and I don't know how I deserved such a thing.
