This is where my innermost thoughts majestically materialize out of the void that is cyberspace and proceed to decoratively and elaborately piss in your eye sockets.

Questionnaire.
This was actually pretty fun.
[[ The tip of a gold-etched fountain pen in her mouth, she pores over a sheet of questions asked of her. ]]

----------

1. There are two cages dangling over a fiery hellpit of death. One of them must drop to save the other one. The first cage holds two small children, crying out for you to save them. The other contains your parents. What do you do?

Rescue the children. I never had a true relationship with either of my parents, and I have never wished to. I also believe that there is more value in the life of the young, more potential. The older have already chosen their path and gone down it too far to truly and completely change course, whereas with a child, you can mold it into something truly great before they are ruined.

2. If someone can make better out of his/her life, would you sacrifice to help them?

It depends on if they realize it or not. In order to make changes, you need to realize what exactly you need to fix. I personally feel no drive to sacrifice anything for someone who has no interest in working toward the bettering of their own life.

3. Is it good to kill during war?

I don't believe it is good. Needed? Yes. I visualize war as an ominous shadow of brutality and fear. I can imagine no way for a war to truly end peacefully. What can you get from your enemy if you have nothing to utilize but threats that will not truly make an impact? Death is never desirable. But sometimes, it is necessary.

4. You have one day left to live. How do you spend it?

Tie up loose ends and speak what needs saying. I'm sure none of us go through life without carrying certain burdens that we have wanted to throw off, but have not found a time or place to do so. If I had only one day left, then I would use it for that very purpose. Do what needs doing, say what needs saying, then I might be at peace when I pass on.

5. Would you give up your own sight to let a blind child see? A blind old man? Why or why not?

A child, perhaps. An old man, no. Unless the old man had just been rendered blind the day before, then he should have had more than enough time to learn to make it on his own, disability or no. A child, however, is at a more vulnerable point in their lives, prone to many more negative impacts, their minds fragile. They would be able to make more use of the gift of sight than an old man, who has more than likely seen more of life than they have wished to, in any case.
