First Chapter

The past
'My house isn't that far now' I thought while running to my house which I lived alone in with my brother. 'He's going to be mad I didn't make it before dinner, but I can't help it if i get side tracked I am a little kid wh-' I was thinking before I saw something jump from ontop of the building
"a shadow?" I said "then again it could just be my imagination? Hehe sweatdrop " I laughed nervously 'I'm going nuts'. I sighed and looked at the already setting sun "I wish every moment could be as beautiful like this" I said walking towards my house. When I rounded the corner I saw the house with little black creatures all over. I ran towards the house and searched for my brother yelling his name "Brother, brother where are you? Brothe--" I was cut short seeing him being attached and the worst thing happened a creature reached into his chest and took something that looked like his heart is was bright. Then the shadow came up and it was actually a man with a black cloak and said "your perfect, but this is only a test" then my brother was engulfed in darkness "go--" I was about to shout his name when I couldn't remember what it was. The man turned to me "Why can't I remember brothers name anymore? What did you do to him?" I screamed then I felt a sudden pain in my back and looked up at him weakly and barely standing up. "Its nothing to you right now, but I will have you too in do time. But I can't have you searching for your brother so i'll just erase your memory for you." he said while his hand was exerting dark energy. He moved his hand toward me and I electricuted him. " How'd I do that?" I said quizically. "Interesting." he exclaimed then his hand held my head and the last thing I saw before blacking out is his face. Then........ darkness...
