We've had snow. Also wind. Lots of wind. Makes some really interesting sounds when you're up on the sixth floor.
On Wednesday I woke up from a dream in which I vaguely remembered that I was reading Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell. So I decided to reread that book, since it's been a couple of years. I got halfway through that in one day (in addition to eating a bagel and pastry at Panera, buying spoons [my sister and I decided that we would get each other spoons for Christmas since we're always running out of spoons], and getting groceries with my sister). I also decided to watch Labyrinth that night (while the wind was howling). I'd forgotten how good-bad that movie is. And then I started reading this giant mythology book that my sister's boyfriend had lent her. It's pretty good. I might actually look for a copy of this one for myself, although it is so big and unwieldy.
But yes. Snow. And Wind. And Cold. Also, I saw a cardinal. Which made me happy.
