I'm on a role! Now I just need to type my notes out and...turn them into something. Or something. But today I read a spiffy book about the moon called The Moon Watcher's Companion - had both factual and mythical stuff in it, and only a couple of grammatical errors. But it was a neat little book. And I also reread Karen Armstrong's A Short History of Myth. I had forgotten how much I liked that book. I like Karen Armstrong a lot anyway - her writing style is both intellectual and easy to follow, and I generally agree with her points. We really do need myth in the modern age - pure reason doesn't help with the big questions.

And I watched more Firefly with my sister.

We got a lot of snow. Very swirly pretty snow.
