So much that I went out and spent more money than I should at Half Price Books and Barnes and Noble (mythology and religion books, of course). I also went to the library - after reading Eragon, I wasn't all that inspired to read the other two in that series, at least right now. I was browsing the religion section when I saw a book on Confucianism - by none other than Jennifer Oldstone-Moore, the professor who had taught my East Asian Religion class at Wittenberg! I enjoyed her class, so I'm sure I'll like her book.
In other news, I made some ginger cookies, which are good but a little...spicy for my taste. I had some ginger I wanted to use up, though. And I'm also trying to make apple cider beef stew in the crockpot. The onion made me cry.
