I sighed and put my basket down. I pushed the bread and the jar of water to one side, so the other could be for berries. Picking the ripe berries, I heard the rush of water from the river that was by here. The sun was already setting. I had not realized it was so late. Since there was not enough time to go look for a shelter, I decided to sleep in the meadow that night. I layed out the blanket from my basket and sat down, spreading out my beautiful white dress.It was soiled. I continued picking berries, and occasionally eating a few. Finally, the sun was completely gone. I lit a candle that I had brought. I brought some paper, to write in. I took the paper out and wrote a letter to Lilith. Here is what it said:
