These are some of my haikus. I write them almost daily and I want to know what you think.
Broken Heart
Black cascades around
Slipping into the darkness
It will never love
Broken and beaten
Pale as the white snow around
She lies there, silent
Her beating heart stops
Her tears shall forever fall
Her voice is now lost
Her heart is frozen
Never to be warmed again
Forever wounded
Forever she's scared
Forever she shall now weep
She bares the love curse
Broken Puppet
Strings tied ever tight
Never to once show some slack
It's trapped forever
No compassion shown
Left to rot in dark corners
The tears are not seen
Weeping and alone
Hung by it's very own strings
Never to come back
The strings are cut down
It is thrown to be destroyed
Nothing shall remain
The little puppet
Once beautiful and strong
Now broken and lost
Never to be known
Only to be forgotten
Kindness never known
Broken Bond
Shaking terribly
You yell at me and slam doors
"You are out" you say
Leave me to die here
My heart screams it loud and clear
Yet my lips are sealed
Trust was once so strong
You act like it's all my fault
You are the lair
Nothing but big lies
My heart has faded away
Never to trust now
Tears stream silently
Your lies cut deeper in me
They are my poison
