It's just something more: Illusionist: Joyce's real appearance is uncertain as she can change her hair color, eye color, and maybe even her height to disguise herself. She tends to stay in either this appearance or a white haired-one. Her white-haired appearance does seem to affect her personality overall as it causes her to be a bit more violent. Pusher: She can force thoughts into minds of other people and make them true even if they are downright lies.
I keep myself safe and protect others with: Black dual swords, Silpus and Krein Faul. Black bow, Balkus. All were passed on to her by her "father" (really another experiment who lived longer than her by three or four years).

I think my actions are because of this: Depends on the situation. She remains mainly neutral or happy.
This happened to me before I got sucked away: The Lonbraj are a race of "advanced" humans that live in hiding from the world outside. The Lonbraj was actually created out of an accidental experimentation to change humans into "super-beings" that would be strong, fast, light, and smart. But nothing can be perfect and so the four attributes were divided into different parts or all were obtained but not to the standards the humans wanted. When they finally created one human to perfection, the lab was destroyed and in the process the perfect human killed himself as the others escaped. They area called the Lonbraj because they live in the shadows to avoid being noticed.
Joyce was one of those "experiments" and she lived along with the others in hiding. She has all of the attributes but lacks a good skill in at least one. When the war broke out, she was sucked into the Lost Worlds as well and found the world as it was now.
Oops... I should have mentioned this: On Joyce's back is the mark of her being an experiment. It appears to be a metal mandala embedded into her skin and she keeps it constantly covered.
