Alright well I want to touch on this because well I'm tired of bottling it up hoping that someone understands someday.

I come from a single parent family so I never got to enjoy the company of an overprotective dad. I mean sure I know who my dad is, what he looks like but thats about it. Other then that I know he has a facebook page which he couldnt have been bothered to look up his ******** children but whatever thats a different issue.

So I was youtube watching music videos and came across one from Nickelback (yes I do like a few of their songs so stfu) and its called I'd Come For You...Weird title I know but seriously saddest freaking music video ever.

Basicly girl "skips" out on dinner with dad to go on a date with boyfriend, they drive to a parking lot and the boyfriend starts harassing the girl. She calls her dad which then gets disconnected or something and she ends up texting the dad "77" which was their softball or whatever number. So he comes running and saves the day.

I cried. I'm never going to have a dad do that for me. Ever. Never have probably never will. I mean when I get married whose going to end up walking me down the aisle? For sure not my dad. For sure not my mom. It would tear her away from the precious people she met online and supposedly through work...Like no one is going to be there besides maybe a whole like six people are showing up that actually give a damn.

But yeah Im done my self pity rant
