Hard to believe that a year has passed by so fast. I originally opened the charity on June 21, 2009 when summer vacation had just started for me. Having never run a charity before, I didn't know what to expect. I wanted to make new friends and give back to the gaian community since they have helped me so much in my previous quests. I'm happy to say that even through the ups and downs the charity still managed to hold up. I'm glad to have met everyone of you that have stopped by. Here's to more donations, giveaways, contests, friends and everything sweet!

Hehe, it's a little bit longer, but I ended up liking what I wrote. Here it is:
I've been in the Garage charity since the later pages of the last version. It's always been great to have awesome friends there and in v2. The best part of the charity: Probably the contests and games. They're always fun, and you always have a write-up for them, so they don't get boring and are like all the other contests out there. Things to improve on: I honestly don't know. Because even if you don't give out many formal "donations", the contests kind of serve as them because it gives everybody who sticks around the chance to participate and win things [which is pretty much what happened today too]. I also enjoyed meeting all the new people, welcoming them into the charity, and just being able to hang out with everybody. The general mood in the charity makes it an awesome hangout and it feels like my Gaia home to me. Thanks for always being there for me Ange, and keeping the charity alive with your awesomeness and generosity. <3

I like how this charity help all who seeks help and how it not only helps us on out quests to get what we have always wanted but it alos provides a place where we can meet to people and talk or just hangout. this charity is great and one of a kind.

I haven't been in this for awhile but what I wanted to say is that, the people who are in here are welcoming. They seem nice and what they do for people makes my heart flutter. It's nice to see people giving to other people, unlike the real world. It makes me happy to see people share. :'D <3

I really like how I got to meet new people. It also let me have fun when I was bored in The B/C. I don't know mach about Charity because I'm still new to it but I really would love to see win this # of gold if you post 1st on pg #. Those are always fun to do. I really like how you went all out and even gave us free avi art.It show that you care and made feel good inside. This is a really nice place and I will tell people in the B/C to come talk. I did with my sis and she happy that she came. I happy that fond this place.
