Today was an...interesting day. Instead of waking up from a dream of being strangled, I woke up from a dream wherein I won some stuffed animals by catching them. Or something. I think one of them was a white buffalo. Much better than being strangled, at any rate.

I was slightly more productive at work, although I got interrupted by a walk-in OBB client. She's called before, but she couldn't come in until her daughter could drive her. I told her that was fine, but just call first. She didn't call, and she came with her daughter and two young grandchildren. I made sure to move the paper cutters and provide paper for the older grandchild to draw on.

I also found out that my counterpart in another city, Scott, is no longer with the program, although I didn't hear why. That's sad.

I ended up taking a nap when I got home and woke up even more exhausted. Then the fire alarm in my apartment complex went off. I think we might have the most annoying alarm ever. I headed outside and waited for the fire trucks to show up and the firemen to give the okay to go back inside. I still have no idea if there was an actual fire or not.

But I did some shading digitally on some character art, which was fun and relaxing. I'm not very good at it, but I'm pleased with the result nonetheless.
