I remember back in about 08 or so, I'd been kept up by storms. But I had nothing to do back then except cower and and panic at 3 in the morning or so and hope the storm ended soon so I could sleep.
But now, I can use this time to write and do what I please. If I'm going to be awake, I may as well use my time well. So instead of checking the weather and being a little sissy, I'm just putting headphones on and blocking out the lightning.
Of course, with my luck, the storm's almost over and I got up for no reason at all.
