I drove down to see my friend Jeanne yesterday with a bunch of produce from the CSA for her parents. Her mom made us stuffed peppers, which I've never had before, but they were tasty. She and her brother had invented a board game, so we played that a bit, talked a lot, and watched bits of the Star Wars movies on TV. I need to watch all of those movies again some time. She also got me gifts from the Boring Store. Too bad we didn't go in when I was visiting her in Chicago - it sounds like a cool place. I also got to have fun with her dog Maggie, who is fortunately calmer than she used to be.

And this morning we went to Bob Evans for breakfast, talked some more, and I had to depart.

Now I get to go to a picnic with some volunteers...fun...
