We went to TAT and had good Italian food for dinner along with my grandparents, their friend Norma, my aunt, and my parents and sister and her boyfriend. The waitress put a candle in my grandfather's cake and sang to him and even kissed him on the cheek. Then we went back to my aunt's house to give him his presents and eat brownies and ice cream. My sister painted him something, I got him a jar of peanut butter (inside joke - he would always wait until we came over to visit before he was allowed to open the jar of peanut butter, or something like that) and some hot peppers, and we both got him fudge and chocolate covered peanuts (from Grandpa's Cheesebarn). (The latter is a weird but dangerous little shop - there's a cheese section, but we were in the sweets part, and I could live in there - chocolate covered everything!) I think Papa had a nice birthday, and I think my aunt liked having it at her condo for a change.
Today we're supposed to eat at Steak and Shake, see Inception, and then drive back up to our apartment. I don't want to go to work on Monday...
