I just got back from the overnight part of band camp (four days out on a farm in the middle of the Pine Barrens) and let me be the first to tell you, IT WAS AWESOME!! blaugh Except for the part when I dropped my phone in the toilet. That wasn't fun. And yes, I did put it in rice for 24 hours. When I put it together, it worked for about 20 minutes. Then the battery ran out and it kept flashing on and off when I plugged in the charger. That old prepaid fart is currently in the phone recycling bin at Target. xp
Then on Saturday, I went on a MAJOR shopping spree. And I mean MAJOR. The nearby mall was recently completely redone because they put in a Nordstrom, so now it's all shiny. blaugh I bought all my new clothes for school in the span of five hours. It was heaven. And I went into some new places I've never been in before, like Charlotte Russe and Foot Locker (that was only because they were the only place that sold black hi-top Converse).
Today I had choir camp, which isn't really camp, but just coming to school and singing the winter concert repertoire and standards like national anthem.
For some strange reason, I'm starting to listen to classic orchestra songs like "Rhapsody in Blue" and "The Syncopated Clock" while I'm on the computer instead of my normal music. Weird... eek
