I drove home today...stopped to meet my good friend for lunch, which was awesome. We exchanged presents and talked about people we knew in college. Hopefully I'll get to see her again while she's home for Christmas.
A guy I went to preschool/grade school/high school with is managing the local Blockbuster. I think he's the first person I've seen from my graduating class in a long time.
We watched Sorcerer's Apprentice tonight. Lots of neat special effects, and the story wasn't half bad. Lots of loose ends that weren't tied up, but...still kind of spiffy. I just don't like the movie format as well - too short, not enough time or room to fully develop characters and plot and setting.
