Personality : Carefree and a little too lazy for his own good. Elwing is a kind person at heart and has little next to no temper. He's calm 90% of the time and is a great person to be around. He's super protective of his friend Tari and has a secret crush on her. Though he know's that she thinks only of him as a friend and nothing else. Despite his calm demeanor Elwing is a fighter and shows his more violent and rugged side during battle. Especially if it's about protecting Tari. Who he has sworn to keep from danger, yet he's got his work cut out for him for she has a bad habit of attracting danger and trouble wherever they go. Elwing usually get's along with everyone, however, Locien is someone he does not like nor trust. He's always keeping an eye on the light and dark elf hybrid.
Bio : Elwing was born to a middle class family who used to travel the world before finally settling down in the Iluvenis Kingdom. It was there that he had first met Tari, the princess of the Iluvenis Kingdom. He was five years old at that time and Tari was a year younger than he was. They saw each other often considering his parents were old friends of the King and Queen and were valued resources. His father was a fighter, one of the best in fact and was soon hired on to look after the King and Queen. Elwing's mother was a map maker and had exceptional skills in the art. They had traveled so much mostly for her so she could create a detailed map of the world. Tari and him grew up together and became fast friends, his calm and laid back attitude seemed to compliment her loud mouthed and stubborn personality. He often had to talk the two of them out of trouble when Tari went off and got herself in a mess. As he grew, his father started training him in the art of fighting while his mother taught him the geography of the world and taught him how to make his own maps and be able to read others. When Elwing was old enough he was enrolled in the King's Soldiers and was trained even more. However, all that training did not help him the night the dark elves attacked. The evil plot of the Dark Elf King Amaxve.
His father and mother were killed, and Tari's mother and father, the king and queen were imprisoned. Tari's father informed Elwing that he had to get Tari out of the Kingdom before they found her and that they needed to head to the neighboring village and look for someone named Locien Thalion. He was apparently the son of a long time friend of the King's whom he figured could protect Tari as well as Elwing and get them to safety. Elwing was also informed to rally together as many fighters and people as he could to help take the Kingdom of Iluvenis back from the Dark elves grasp.
But as soon as Elwing met Locien, he had a bad feeling and did not trust him. The man was half dark elf, how could he be trusted?! But after he had told Tari what her father had said she instantly trusted the guy regardless, so now he cannot say anything about it. He mostly does not like it for the simple reason that Locien seems interested in Tari.
