Personality : Mateus is a meek individual. He is a pacifist at heart and hates confrontation and blood shed. He is frightened easily and hardly raises his voice at all. Calm and calculating he tries to solve things with words and intelligence as opposed to fighting. Not all of his kin can see things the same way that he can however. He attempts to plead with his kind that demons can be changed for the better and that there is no need to destroy one another.Being such a feeble angel it's a wonder how he wound up on the battlefield for dominant supremacy against the demons.
Biography : Being brought up as an angel he had a very sheltered lifestyle for quite some time. He was not a fighter angel, therefore he spent much of his time in the libraries and studies. Reading, writing, learning all that he could about anything and everything. He spent a lot of time researching and tampering with all kinds of scientific experiments. He was mostly put off from the rest of his kind. He kept to himself, in his lab, in his room. Anywhere he could have peace and quiet to read or write. Though when war broke out it was brought to his attention that his services could be used on the battlefield. Upon being brought out to the frontlines to assist in any way that he could he was instructed that he would have to go out and fight. Completely inexperienced and not having the willingness to harm anyone even a demon, he wound up being an easy target for most of the trained fighting demons. As a result he became a gift of war to a high ranked demon. Injured and emotionally messed up, he has no idea how much longer he'll be alive for.
