We did a couple of tasks today since I'm moving next week. I hope she got some good stuff from me to write about in her report. It's funny that the last drawing I did looked very similar to one of the first drawings I did (partly intentional - both had a rabbit and a moon - but I had forgotten that I also had blue-purple swirly stuff in the earlier drawing). So that was kinda spiffy. It was nice to get to know Leah a bit. We had fun BSing my drawings. We also decided that "Fizzy and Lizzy" are awesome nicknames for Pride and Prejudice's Fiztwilliam and Elizabeth Darcy. Among other things.
I sold some of my blank books (the ones that my sister's boyfriend didn't confiscate) for a measly $6 at Half-Price Books and then promptly bought the 12 volumes of Gravitation that they had. I'm not sure if I'll like the series, but I've been meaning to read it, and...well, being able to buy the whole series made it worth it for me. Especially with a 15% off coupon. Hopefully it will be good. If not, I'm sure I can sell it or donate it to a library.
