Today was my last day of tutoring. I'm going to miss my student and the teachers there. He was a pretty good kid, and I hope he continues to do well. I actually got a little teary-eyed when I walked out of the building for the last time. The student gave me cookies his mother had made, and I received cards from him and a couple of the teachers. They were all really sweet to me and made me feel like I had actually accomplished something and made a difference in someone's life. Aww.

Then I did a rush-job on finishing my final report, forwarding e-mails from the school account that I can't keep, and creating a streetcard. Thankfully I had already "finished" the database of services and the advocacy training, although they could use more work and I might have done the latter wrong. Oh well. So strange to think that tomorrow's my last day...

I finished rereading Basara last night and took all that manga back to the one library system. I'll be returning the rest of the mythology books I have out from the other system tomorrow.

Tonight's my last night of band.

I have so much packing to do it's not even funny. Look at me procrastinating on the Internet.
