Ok, so I put all my energy today digging up the Garden Bed.. But I don't have the right tools for the job... sweatdrop
First off, let's see: I had to cut the lay-out in half basicly. So insteed of 110^2 feet, I'm left with 50^2 feet... Might have to ditch the Carrots... I'm going to think about growing the Chives in it's own pot...
Then I dug up 20^2 feet by hand, and then another 20^2 feet, 1 foot down, with a shovel. Lots of clay... I tryed to break up the clay as much as I could, but I'll probably need to do so again tomorrow too. Tomorrow is going to be a rough one too; I'll be working on my Aunt and Uncle's lawn before I come home to tackle my garden...
Let's see now, Beans and Brocolli where planted today. I should probably go out and plant the Garlic and onions right now...
Speeking of Garlic: my started plant which I began earler this month is now at 7 1/2cm tall. I think something bit the tip off again.
Oh and I don't remember if I wrote this earlyer, but for Easter I got my sister some Stargazer Lillie bulbs and planted them for her. They haven't broken through the soil yet, but I'll post this picture anyway:
So this is what the Garden bed looks like for now, I never did get the deverter hose for the water spouts and am stuck with that green plastic ditch... I only had the energy/time to dig out a strip wide enough for what I was planting today that went the entire length, but I think I already mentioned that..

This was the primary focus of todays effort.
I 'leveled' the ground benith the... green drainage 'thingy' to divert water away, the wood shim on the left is where I'll begin the border of Marigolds, the set of shims to the right of that start the squares containing Green Bean seedlings, and the single shim on the right marks Broccoli... Whatever..
And I have no idea what I'm gonna do here...
I'm gonna start by cleaning the area out of rocks and weeds. The office never did say anything about the damn shrubs, So I'll wait and see if they bloom and if they don't I'll just tell them, "Eh, there dead and ugly, get rid of 'em!" Aside from that, I don't even know right now...
Alright, I'm exausted... And a little buzzed...
I'm going to have a smoke and watch some Netflix...
It's been a good day. I hope I can get some stuff done tomorrow.
