Name: Cilel Gyrth

Gender: Female

Race: Unknown. Talks of self and past as though she may have been an elf.

Age: Unknown.

Role: Guardian, Necromancer, Healer.

Appearance: An amalgamation of many species and creatures. As her body began to rot away she would replace what was being destroyed with something new. There is becoming some patterns apparent in that she seems to focus on one particular race or species so that she can at least appear herself in public and not hiding her entirety. The pattern seems to go from human to orc to elf, repeating afterwards. The only "trademark" to this appearance is she always has 40 eyes scattered throughout the new body she has adopted. It is believed these eyes make it almost impossible to surprise her, since she seems to switch between sights with ease.

Cilel's outfit is a simple hooded robe associated with meditating monks or some sects of holy priests who cure ailments. The only pieces that stand out in any form are two skull-shaped pieces of medal that form the clasp to her cloak. She hides her face behind a simple white mask.

Weapon: Though preferring not to have to harm, when she decides to shove there are multiple forces at work. She manipulates the energies of the light as well as dark, often bringing the dead back in a safe enough state so that they may still go to their paradise when the shells fall again.

She is more often seen as a medic, curing what she can between magic and herbs. She carries a staff, but there is no use to it save for decoration and symbol. Cilel has no knowledge of how to use it as a weapon, nor is it able to help her with any particular tasks.

Bio: Cilel was originally just a healer and holy lady who lived a fairly hermitic lifestyle. When she discovered ominous signs of potential threats, she shrugged it off. Such signs came and went, but the people stood. When no one contacted her for months though, she began to worry.

What she saw when she visited the local village was horrifying. She couldn't tell who, or what, came through. There was one survivor, but he was beyond salvation and doomed to die. He handed her a key just before he closed the eyes. Searching through the rubble for a few days, she eventually came upon a large box with a set of simple robes and a staff.

Retreating back to her den, she pored over her books before finally burning it all down and leaving. Starting as a healer, she taught herself necromancy and use it mostly to help in the events of disasters, though Cilel has used it several times to save a fight.

While she avoids the manipulation of dead flesh and material, she discovered there were other areas of Necromancy that most ignore or forgot about because of the portrayal they are given. She will use curses and hexes or unholy diseases before she will raise dead, often able to convince herself that it was 'for the greater good', that 'they deserved it for their crimes', though she still sheds tears at the lives she's stolen from the land.

Instead of dying though, Cilel's will to live urged the empty shell forward, replenishing itself between how necromancy can actually be used alongside healing to improve the finished repair of body. Despite keeping her soul in place by willpower alone until she can find an object she believes honorable enough to put it in, the flesh protecting it rotted away. As her frame withered away she began to take pieces from the dead frames of criminals to replenish her own frame.

Cilel only tends to show up when she sees signs or omens of catastrophes on the horizon, hoping that one day she will meet the force that wiped out her village.

And should these two forces meet, there won't be tears shed anymore. Perhaps she'll collapse then and allow death to take her. No being is truly meant to be ageless.
