Occupation: Fletcher and Bowyer, Hunter. Occasionally asked by the local guard for help. Is signed up for the local militia.

Weaponry: When out hunting for food and income, Irsnep uses a hand-made recurve bow customized for his strength. When repelling more human invaders of home or town, he uses a similarly customized longbow. Both weapons are made from yew, arguably one of the best woods for these weapons.
Bandits decided to reduce attacks on his town after seeing the aftermath of the arrows he launched.
Carries a small knife but it's not meant for any real weapon but rather making arrows, just in case he runs out.
Skills/Talents: Tracking, Hunting, Hiding. Can make arrows and/or bows fairly quickly and on the fly if needed. Good survival skills, knows what is safe to eat or not that's found in the wild.
Appearance: Wild, unkempt red hair that looks more like it is crudely kept short by a hunting knife. Has hazel eyes, with the lower half of his face hidden by a scarf he keeps wrapped around him. He is often wearing a sleeveless jerkin made of cloth and lined with leather.
