When Lacey is visiting the DTL house to see Jenna and Joey, she's there for like the weekend of something. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday when she goes home in the evening. Saturday, it's raining pretty hard, so everyone is staying inside except for Lacey who, being only 9, spends an hour or so playing outside in the puddles. Jenna and Joey finally coax her inside by telling her they have hot chocolate and a movie waiting for the three of them to watch, and she comes in and leaves her raincoat and red rainboots at the door. They're in the middle of watching the movie when Leon comes home from one of his classes, carrying his medical textbook. He's rushing in to keep it from getting wet and he ends up tripping over Lacey's boots, dropping his book and the apple he was planning on having for lunch, and he swears so loud that Lacey runs to the hall, sees him, and BAM! She gets her crush on him
