Kelly/Zack first kiss
stage kiss turns to real kiss. After they break the set breaks for lunch. Kelly n Zack go to a place near by. Not really... He'd be flustered. Red in the face, shaky, sweaty, and he wouldn't say anything until she does. lol ok. hmm... ok well... I think then... she'd say something like... hmm. well she'd be similarly flustered. but also worried. n shed sit in silence for a long time without eating or anything before finally sayin half to herself n half to him in a kind of sad voice "we can't be together like that." He'd look up at her quickly and go "Like what??" she'd look at him like the answer should be obvious "like...like that. that kiss..." His face would fall and he quietly go "Why not...?" she'd swallow and look away. "you don't know what kind of baggage I come with..." n then shed be quiet for several minutes. n if he tries to say anything contrary to what she said shed interrupt him in the middle of it "Zack, I'm pregnant." she'd swallow and look away. He'd go stone silent and stare at her in shock before slowly going "Who?" "-without looking up- Derick." "DERICK???" not really shouting, but just totally stunned. "DERICK????" she'd nod but wouldn't say anything. just sit there n wait for him to take it in. lol He'd spend a while taking it in, then go, still in shock "But he's with Becca now!!" she'd be very calm about it, but at the same time obviously ashamed. "it happened that night...when he and Becca had that huge fight because she was drunk." He'd blink and then choke out "So you slept with him because... because he was rebounding onto you? Because he was pissed off at her?" she'd close her eyes but nod. "I knew it was wrong but...-shakes her head-...at the time I didn't care. maybe part of me hoped he'd stay with me this time, but I knew he wouldn't. I'm sorry, zack. I didn't want you to know about any of this but...well obviously now u have to know..." He'd slouch back in his chair and then go (not meaning to sound accusing but just stating the truth in his shock) "So now he's a cheater. And you're the 'other woman'." shed try to ignore the comment n would lean forward against the table. "so now you know why we can't be together." just very...matter of fact. He'd look at her with this hurt look on his face, then... probably get up quickly and storm away. He'd need more time to process it and get his head around it. To channel his anger at Derick and Becca and away from her. Then when they get off work and both get in the car. He's not saying a word to her. She'd just sit there. she knows he's upset n has every right to be, so she wouldn't try to comfort him or anything. plus she'd be dealing with her own disappointment. so she'd just be silent. Well after a while he'd go "What are you gonna do about it?" she'd look over at him, then back out the front window "I'm going to keep it." He'd nod and then go "Good. So who else knows?" She'd look at him again in surprise. "um, I don't know. Probably Becca. A few others. Why?" He'd quickly go "Derick?" "yeah, he knows. he's probably the one who told Becca if she knows..." Zack would nod again, then tighten his jaw and go darkly "I can't believe he did this to you." "it takes two, Zack. it wasn't just his fault..." Zack would shake his head, since in his mind she's completely innocent and its Becca and Derick who are completely guilty (due in part to his lingering bitterness at them and in part to his feelings for Kelly - love is blind, all that) "No, Kelly, he KNEW how you still felt about him, and he took advantage of that. And Becca, drinking like that after going off at you for cutting? She's such a little hypocrite!" she'd sigh n sink into her chair. "I should have been smarter and told Derick no. it was my fault for not doing that in the first place. everyone made a mistake and now what's done is done. there's no reason to blame any one person for something that can't be undone now." she'd look over at him and lean on the center console "don't be angry with, please? I'm the one who didn't tell you." He'd clench his teeth, but look over at her and kind of blink in agreement lol A few seconds of silence, and then he'd quietly go "I don't care, you know. That you're pregnant." she'd look over him. "what?" "I don't care. It doesn't bother me. You're still you're own person, Kelly. Just that... now there's someone else along for the ride too. And that's alright with me." she'd ask very quietly "....Zack, I'm going to be a mother in eight months. do you...understand what that means for anyone with me? ...for you?" "I have a pretty great dad, Kelly. I've always wanted to be like him." she'd swallow n start to say something, but then be quiet until they'd stopped at home. then she'd reach over and wrap her arms around his neck. "you're a good man, Zack." He'd hug her back (the best he can lol) and go "And you'll be a great mom." n Kelly would shake her head, but kiss his cheek. "I hope so."
