WHS, RGG, and IFD for example all have "guarding" aspects. To varying extents, they need and value members that are tough, able to endure, and wise in strategy. Since IFD focuses here, I can see WHS and RGG going to them to gain a greater understanding in this area.

WHS, RGG, and EJR all of "nurturing" aspects. To varying extents, they need and value members that are able to have an innate understanding of how their work and lives affects the ability of the living creatures around them to perform. RGG, however, has to rely entirely on experience and probably does a lot better with the "structure/formula" side of it than WHS or EJR, while WHS and EJR probably have a better grasp on the actual needs of the living plantlife they care about

Wild Heart Sentinels has an easy hold on affecting all the other glories, as they are watching for the forest life that is so essential to everyone in this part of the world. Her Glory's abilities are completely different from, but very complementary to, every single one of the other glories in one manner or another. They have a great grasp on forestry through educating their young. I wouldn't be surprised to see unicorns in WHS popping up that also that they have direct affect on the growth and nurture of plant life as a whole. The "natural" unicorn ability that is boosted in WHS is the healing aspect (directed at plants, and through herbal knowledge) and creation (directed at plants, being able to help them grow/live in perhaps difficult situations).

Rivers' Guard Glory, considering that they are centrally located at the most important part of the main rivers of the area and assume responsibility for the rivers as a whole, have just as much importance and affect as WHS. Like WHS, they have extensive knowledge and educate their young in their specialized ecosystem. Simply because I love superheroes, I have focused more on the "ability" aspect than the education aspect (opposite of Berry's focus), but their abilities are primarily to naturally occurring, unliving aspects of nature. The "natural" unicorn ability boosted in RGG is the purity aspect, in the sense that they (some of them) are able to separate their particular specialties completely from everything else. But again, their abilities necessarily cross other abilities, without impeding on them, but always complementary to them.

Icefury Defenders might be off to one side of the map, but certainly important given their duty to protect areas that can be difficult for visiting unicorns to maneuver in and their steadfastness in protecting the unicorns' borders. IFD would have the educational knowledge of mountaineering and necessary survival skills. I suspect that their abilities might be in the sense of heightened awareness, perhaps heightened senses. Their innate unicorn abilities that would strengthened beyond unicorns would be focused inward, for the most part (for example, a very strong/enduring unicorn might be so because he has a stronger healing aspect than most unicorns, but it is focused toward himself and not necessarily to others). IFDs would have a more innate understanding of the raw abilities of a unicorn, I think, and this would be highly valuable information for other glories to learn from them and so be able to more effectively situate their own glories and what they do.

El Jardin de las Rosas again have a specific area of focus, but they have another education-focused ability that is highly valuable, especially as they are the glory currently closest to the Queen's home at GloryHeart Meadows. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see in their history that the founders are great granddaughters of the Queen's advisors, and that many of their current glory has members from similar backgrounds. Their glory might even be a good place for diplomatic tutoring and the like, perhaps a place to look for ambassadors. Their additional empathetic abilities are natural unicorn abilities again heightened (think of the lore of unicorns being attracted to the pure of heart, the EJR glory has the ability to perhaps understand and certainly affect the emotions of others, this is easily connected). They do, however, also have a strong knowledge of their particular 'ecosystem' and the best growing conditions for their roses. It touches a bit on the other glories, but again without impeding on their abilities or roles.
