Doctors, what the hell do they know. I went to see the doctor on monday right, Because I've had i slightly swollen neck, and a bizzarre cough. when i was there, she pretty much said that she wasnt sure what was wrong, all she said was that my thyroid gland was swollen. that i already knew. then she said i had to have a blood test..no ******** way, and some kind of scan..then..and this topped it off, she said i might even have to have a biopsy. thats just totally ******** up. so know i'm worried. but anyway..i was in there for 10mins...and it cost me over AU$50 dollars..and when i went down to the chemist afterwards, to get my perscription for anti-biotics filled out..another $40. also..i went down to make an appointment for the thyroid scan....$70. all because i have a cough. and a swollen neck...and theres no way i'm having a bloodtest..i just get queasy thinking about it. oh well...but my parents are pretty much makeing me get it done tommorrow. so if this all turns out to be a false alarm...I'm going to be totally pissed.
