Personality: Kaiaka is ambitious and headstrong. As soon as she has her mind set on somthing, she won't rest till she finishes it, literally. Kaiaka has an extremely bad flirtatious problem, and tends to set peopleshe doesn't mean to in the wrong direction. She easily falls for guys she probobly shouldn't, and has a tendency to love older guys. Though it might be hard to see through her extremely confusing shell, there is almost to much not known about her underneath.
History: Kaiaka moved away from her clans home a year ago after her father told her that he no longer wanted her as a burden. She set out to become the most sucessful ninja to come from her clan. Her older brother Ravein was banished from their village after killing several families. He is one of the most wanted ninjas out at the moment, but that didn't stop her father from having more pride in him than in her.
Off that subject, Kaiaka was ridiculed for having a seemingly large crush on her teacher back at her old home. She was twelve, and he was about 26. Her liking for older men hasn't changed much since then.
She is now trying to become a sucessful ninja in Konoah village. She trains day in and out, sometimes without rest. She doesn't mind though the strain that she puts on herself, but she will do anything to prove herself.
Combat Info: Kaiaka has nearly perfected her TaiJutsu for her stage in ranking. She knows several Jutsu for each element, struggling a bit with earth.

Main weapon(s): Kaiaka uses her kunai and shuriken along with her fists most of the time, but when it comes to melee combat, she likes to use her long hand kantana.
Strengths & Weaknesses: Kaiaka's stregnth goes hand in hand with her weakness. She is at her most powerful when she tapps slightly into her clans powers. Though, when she does, its extremely hard for her to control her powers, and soon enough, it takes over and the true Kaiaka remembers nothing after that. SHe also has another weakness, not the one for older men, no. Not to many people know about it, but it does effect her during battle.

Hyoro no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique)
The user creates a series of ice crystals which home in on the opponent and trap him in ice. Unlike Suirō no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique), no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught. This jutsu may also be used defensively, as a wall of ice.
Kaze no Yaiba (Blade of Wind)
This Jutsu creates a blade out of wind which, being wind, makes it impossible to block. However, unlike the Kamaitachi no Jutsu, this Jutsu requires no tool
Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough)
The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area. It is known that a variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.
Zankuha (Decapitating Air Wave)
A jutsu which allows the user to freely control supersonic sound waves and air pressure with a device implanted into one or both of their arms. These blasts are powerful enough to destroy stone. If the tubes needed to release the waves are clogged, they will explode.
Doton: Doryu Taiga (Earth Release: Earth Flow River)
The user performs a technique that forms a rapid river of mud on the ground beneath the opponent.
Suna Bunshin (Sand Replication)
Creates an identical copy of Kaiaka, except in sand form. When it is attacked, it does not disappear like other regular clone techniques. Instead, it can transform parts of itself back into sand in order to snag and attack the opponent. This makes it one of the strongest and most advanced types of clones. Only after it is damaged enough to the point of destruction, it takes on the form and appearance of regular sand.
Chakura Kyuin Jutsu (Chakra Absorption Technique)
The user is able to absorb the physical and spiritual chakra energy of the opponent into himself. This technique can be used for both offensive and defensive purposes. The user doesn't have to actually touch the opponent, since it is also possible to use it through other media.
Chakura Kyūin is not truly considered a Jutsu (since it has never been given an entry in any of the data books), but more of a special ability. However, it is not considered a bloodline limit ability, either

Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Grand Fireball Technique)
Utilizing a high amount of chakra, a large ball of flame is exhaled from the user's mouth.
Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.
