just wasn't sure how many people read all of it. so now even if people are "unfairly banned". The TOS allows them to fairly or unfairly do whatever.. and even anything that is seen as unfair has been trump carded as everything and anything is fair for them to do regarding anyone's accounts.
I'm sure this is done to broaden terms of agreements so as to include any unforseeable issues arising. Just thought some people should have a good look.
