Female Learning Process?
The growing and learning process for men and women differ in a number of ways. They very much depend on the location, but the general idea’s are all the same. Men will oftentimes learn sports, endurance, and mathematic areas, whereas women will learn to develop their culinary skills as well as their personal hygiene. Were I to have been raised as a woman, it’s easy to see exactly how my perception of myself and what I had learned would be very different.
Men are a naturally more physically fit being. We have the hormones built around maximizing our strength threshold as well as our endurance potential. This is why it makes so much sense for men to learn about athletics, hunter, and more violent activities. Were I raised as a woman, I can imagine myself learning how to be dainty and desirable. Women are out to attract the strongest mate to protect them, therefore they learn how to present themselves in the best way possible. They learn culinary arts, cosmetology, and personal hygiene. For example, while I was off playing baseball, football, and basketball, I could have been learning how to cook a five course meal for my family or prospective husband. Cooking is an important task for women and should not be taken lightly, a well fed man can provide for his family more efficiently than one without any substance.
Much like a peacock taking care of his feathers (Ironically the male takes place in a female situation) women are well trained to do just the same. From an early age I would have learned that proper shampoo and conditioning was important to my well being. While men learn this as well, its more socially acceptable for a man to go an extra day without a shower than it is a female. Men are allowed to let hair grow where women are driven to shave just about everything, legs, armpits, and their private areas as well. These are all things I would have learned had I been taught as a woman.
Women are also considered more talented linguists, I would have learned how to speak fluently and present my point with grace and intellect. Men learn this to a certain degree, but instead of going heavy into literature and communications, we go deeper into learning math and physics. This is because of a mans “Natural disposition” to mathematics, a complete fallacy which has been proven in recent years. None the less, women were always pushed further into English studies than a male.
To have been raised as a woman would have been an interesting subject indeed. The learning process is different and a bit more intricate. Not to mention learning the female physical disposition would have been a living nightmare, they are considerably more complicated than men. While the majority of this essay is filled with broad generalizations and long obsolete thoughts, the point remains that growing up and learning as a man is a very different experience from learning as a woman.
