Saibamahou.
A world where high technology and high magic not only co-exist, but are intricately intertwined. The city-state of Dejitaru is watched over by the elected official known as the 'High Prime'. The current High Prime is a woman known as Freya Hibiya, a woman who greatly resembles Chii...
This is where Mokona and co. land. They are 'taken in' by a group that seems more rag-tag than they!
A head mechanic, her child-like yet wise ward, her two assistants, a pervert, a gambler, and a tech-wiz(technology wizard).
All seven live in a three bedroom apartment above the mechanics' shop; a shop known as 'Chobits', where they repair and customize bio-androids known simply as Coms.
But all is not as it seems in Dejitaru...not only does Mokona sense a feather...but something sinister lies beneath the surface of this bustling city. Something that has to do with the girl living with the Chobits crew, as well as Sakura-hime...

Freya Hibiya - The High Prime who looks a lot like Chii...
Elda Hibiya(Freya's Little Sister) - Could easily pass for Freya's twin, if it weren't for her fifteen-year-old appearance.
Xiaolong Li(Freya's Bodyguard) - This world's version of Syaoran if dour and surly, like his CCS self.
Yue Reed(Freya's Secretary of State) - Yes, he has his wings. Yes, he's still cold as ever.
Chun Hyang(Freya's Secretary of Defense) - Need I say more...except she's older than she was in Koryo.
Fay Flourite - Saibamahou's version of the magician. He's a tech-wiz who specializes in tech-magi that deals with Coms. Currently dating Freya Hibiya, seems to have some sort of connection to Bennu, though he tries to avoid her if he sees her, and she always feels sad and hurt around him.
Tsubasa | Simultaneous Story
Plot
Sakura isn’t the only one with the Tsubasa. There is another girl, Erda Hibiya, of Saibamahou. She was the second ‘daughter’ of the most renowned tech-wiz; a Com built five years after her elder sister Freya. Everything was fine, and the two girls grew up wonderful. Then the Tech-wiz found Seraphim, alone and cold on the raining streets. She couldn’t see out her left eye, and seemed to have no memory whatsoever. Seraphim was the name given to her by the Tech-wiz, and she was brought into the family. Now, seven years later, Erda is getting married to ‘the only one for her’. Every marriage in Dejitaru, the capital of Saibamahou, takes place in the High Prime’s chapel…and something happened. The winged symbol behind the altar activated and Erda’s Tsubasa came to life. In an attempt to keep his bride safe, Hideki Motosuwa pulled her back to the ground…only to have her Tsubasa shatter and her feathers scatter.
Saibamahou’s Fay is the one who decided that Yuuko must be seen…but Freya couldn’t leave Saibamahou with her duties as the High Prime, and Hideki’s soul was bound to Saibamahou. So Seraphim volunteered and the Tech-wiz and Fay sent them to Yuuko’s.
In Tomoeda, the Sakura of Yuuko’s world was fading along with the Sakura of Clow. In an attempt to save her, Li Xiaolang traveled to the Witch to find a way to save her.
And in the country of Daemon, Ashura the orphan was flung to Yuuko by his lover Yasha in order to save him from the thugs of Taishakuten, who wanted him for his immense summoning potential.
Brought together by hitsuzen, these four must travel together to retrieve Erda’s feathers, with the small sidhe Hikaru as their guide. What will happen to them? Will they run into the Mokona group? Will Fei Wong do to them as he did to Syaoran and company? Join us and find out…This Story is guaranteed to be exciting.

Hikaru Group
Erda Hibiya | A gentle, innocent young woman who is madly in love with Hideki. However, she is currently a fragment of her old self with her feathers scattered. Her price was her memories of her little sister, Seraphim.
Seraphim Hibiya | Calm and determined, Seraphim takes things one step at a time. She doesn’t let the world bother her, and loves her sister Erda dearly. She will stop at nothing to get Erda’s feathers back. Her price was her relationship with Erda…in Erda’s mind, Seraphim never existed until now.
Xiaolang Li | The heir to the Li clan in Hong Kong and the Syaoran of Yuuko’s world. He’s dour and surly for the most part, though Sakura Kinomoto’s influence has softened him a bit. His price was that he could never have children of his own.
Ashura | A pretty teenage boy who was thrown from his world. He has the potential to summon great creatures, but he seems to have a split personality…When he sees blood, he becomes violent and malicious. His price was his father’s sword, his only link to his past.
Hikaru | This small sidhe was created in the image of the angel Hikaru from Angelic Layer. She’s perky and outgoing, with a love of the fight. Unlike Mokona’s ‘boink’, Hikaru just lights up in the presence of Erda's feathers.
