Personality: Kyoko is interesting, to say the least. The first thing you notice about her is that she's either extremely energetic or extremely drained. She never does things in moderation, always the extremes. The second thing you notice is her speech patterns. This girl drives people nuts with her use of third person when referring to herself. The only time she slips out of this habit is when she's extremely angry, sick, or made to. Kyoko often seems bi-polar AND ADHD, and can switch from very perky and upbeat to lower than low in mere moments. And you can't keep the girl's attention for more than five or ten minutes unless you're either very interesting or you're doing something related to things she loves. She can't stay still, and is constantly fidgeting with something while sitting or standing in place.
Music, dance, and love are her three biggest passions, with music and dance being her two biggest influences. Music can rev her up even more (yes, it's possible) or actually calm her down. She uses it to prime herself for a confrontation with someone, or as just a 'soundtrack to her life' kinda thing. And dance...when she's on the dance floor, be it official or improvised, she dances for no one but herself. It's like she's in another world when she dances. And she's learned every form of dance she can get her metaphorical hands on: ballet, belly-dance, hip-hop, tap, tribal stuff...the list goes on.
And personal space? It doesn't exist with this girl. Her normal greeting is a glomp or hug (depending on whether or not the receiving party can dodge, or will hurt her), and if you're close to her, the routine includes a kiss on the cheek. She never puts much space between her and others, and seems addicted to body heat. Kyoko really is a confusing and strange girl...But she has her charms, as quirky as they are.
Appearance: Kyoko is as interesting looking as her personality. Her skin is somewhere between pale and tan, and bears a few scars, with the kanji for ‘umi’ tattoed on the small of her back in pale blue. Beneath her small-boned, slender frame are wiry muscles from dancing...and she seemed to have been short-changed in the T&A department. Kyoko has short hair dyed a bright green (natural hair color is dark blonde, and it's starting to show), and cut raggedly to her chin, with her bangs hanging slightly in her dark brown eyes. She’s about 5’5”, and moves with a fluid grace that resembles a cat or snake, and almost seems like music made alive when she dances.
Kyoko is most often decked in full punk gear. One of her favorite outfits consists of the following: Her torso is covered by a dark green shirt with various rips and tears along the left long sleeve, abdomen, and back, with the right sleeve completely torn off. Under that is a black spaghetti-strap tank top with a four-leaf clover embroidered on it above her heart. Her skirt reaches an inch below mid-thigh, and is dark green and black plaid that’s been pleated, with a thick black punk belt that’s been studded with steel pyramids (the tips are rounded). Her legs are encased in black and dark green striped socks that reach her knees, and her black, chunk-heeled steel-toed boots reach a couple inches under her knees. Tied into her hair, on the left side above her ear, is a yellow and black plaid ribbon done in a small bow, with the rest trailing to her shoulder, a tribute to one of her favorite singers. Around her neck is a black dog collar with a green ‘pet tag’ that has her name on one side and her address on the other…her roomate Tensei gave it to her for her birthday as a gag, saying Kyoko was like a puppy.
Other: Kyoko ran away to Tokyo two years ago from Osaka, where her prostitute mother ignored her. She's a new fan of Blast, and has been living with an friend of hers that she had meet online before running away, a now-highschool senior named Tensei Kasai.
